Everything you need to know about getting your order and sending something back.

Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

• Dispatch: orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
• Standard UK delivery: £3.99.
• Free UK delivery: on orders of £39.99 or more.
• Delivery time: normally 2–3 working days after dispatch.

The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Tracking

You will receive a dispatch confirmation when your order is on its way, including tracking information.

Cancellations and returns

You can cancel or return an eligible online order by telling us within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and we will send you the return instructions.

Returned products should be unused and in a condition suitable for resale, except where your statutory rights apply.

You pay the return postage for a change-of-mind return. If you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard delivery charge where required. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos where relevant, and we will arrange the appropriate remedy.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
