Return and refund policy

This policy applies to orders placed on the Unseen Aromas website for delivery in the United Kingdom. It does not affect your statutory rights.

Changing your mind

You can cancel an eligible online order by telling us within 14 days of the day you receive it. You then have a further 14 days from telling us to send the item back.

To cancel or start a return, email hello@unseenaromas.co.uk or use our contact page, including your order number. We will reply with return instructions.

Returned products should be unused and in a condition suitable for resale, except where your statutory rights apply. Where the law allows, we may reduce a refund if an item has been handled more than was necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

You pay the cost of returning an item if you have changed your mind. We recommend using a tracked service.

Refunds

Refunds are made to your original payment method. If you cancel your whole order, we will also refund the standard delivery charge.

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or within 14 days of you providing evidence that you have returned it, if that is earlier.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos where relevant. We will arrange the appropriate remedy. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by when you contact us.
